Pros

The playrooms are very fun for patients.

Cons

Children's only cares about the bottom line. Employees are not paid fairly and no bonuses ever offered, even during COVID- at least for Child Life. Annual raises are minimal and livable wages are far off, especially living in DFW. Management micromanages and expects way to much from staff all the time.
