      Great but problematic community in psychiatry/eating disorders

      Team led discussions and changes, great pay (hourly,) flexible team scheduling

      Cons

      Needing to cover holes in the schedule frequently, resulting in difficulty achieving assigned metrics such as family rounding, creating and posting schedule; clique based unit - if senior staff don't like you, you don't stand a chance at staying there long term; lack of diversity on unit - personal difficulty from employer as transgender employee
