Pros

-The pay is decent. The lowest-paying job they have that requires zero education or experience starts at $23.00, which is pretty good for someone looking for work or right out of high school -Comprehensive benefits. After 3 years of full time employment your health insurance premium is $0. They added benefits for pets, fertility, digestive health, and more. There's a ~$130 reimbursement for fitness-related expenses

Cons

-Depending on your job title, your raise is only once a year. Everyone that qualifies for the raise gets the exact same amount, regardless of their individual work or merit. -Since its a hospital, there's no paid time off, even if you work offsite or at a remote clinic. If your building is closed then you have the privilege of using mandatory PTO -Remote work is only allowed for certain employees. Even if you can do a majority or the entirety of your job remotely, they require certain staff to work onsite. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. -Most of leadership is clueless and just regurgitate whatever rhetoric they get from up top. They like to implement policies and processes for other people while not actually knowing the repercussions of these choices. -Team meetings are a waste of time and can easily be an email since 90% of the info the team should already be aware of. -They try to promote a "one team" mentality but its clear that across the board regarding different teams within the same departments, there is an "us versus them" mentality -If you ask for help, certain individuals will go out of their way to speak condescendingly to you in an attempt to publicly embarrass you. -There is clear racial bias within the organization. Its not about what you but who you know. If you look a certain way then you're more valuable than someone who has the skills, knowledge, and experience.
