      Great facility but no room for growth.

      Pros

      I work the over night shift and there's a Laid-back atmosphere, with some good people, great benefits, beautiful facility and location.

      Cons

      There has been a cut in shift differentials, limited overtime, too many Sr. Management, ridiculous policies on personal appearance and dress, the type of patients and parents we cater to can be difficult in this area of DFW.

      Pros

      Most of my coworkers were very friendly. The management was supportive and encouraging. Community was encouraged highly. The standards were high. I learned a lot working there.

      Cons

      I had some safety concerns. The place was not as clean as other hospitals I have worked at. Many of my coworkers did not appreciate their jobs.
