Pros
Working to positively promote all things Children's Health and the mission to provide the best care for our patients and families can't be beat. This is the best healthcare position I've had in my career. I work amongst truly dedicated professionals in many Marketing disciplines: Clinical Marketing, Social Media, Web, and Creative Arts. And I am a very fortunate team member with a hybrid, (mostly) work from home status.
Cons
Though my team has expanded some to share the workload, the amount of projects grows at a constant pace. The system continues to expand, and in my time here the resources and needed amount of personnel have not kept up.
