Pros
Healthcare for children at the hospital is covered.
Cons
DEI was so much a priority at this company that they would actively overlook more qualified candidates. That comes straight from training seminars. They would allow a department to be short up to 10-11 employees simply if they weren't able to hire diverse enough people. In a hospital, ironically, some managers will probably die from the stress this company puts on their employees in this way. They would actively promote men because their race when they had sexual harassment complaints filed against them repeatedly. It backwards and inefficient. At one point, in discussions with someone in billing, the company is wasting millions of dollars simply because they don't follow up with billing properly. The company is too top heavy - the executives make up almost 10% of the 10k people company. And yet there were constant complaints that one dept that would receive elevated problems from another dept, was making less than the aforementioned. It's poorly ran and HR creates more problems than they fix.
