Doesn't live up to the core values they promote

Pros

The ideas that they shove down the parents throats would be great if that was what was actually going on.

Cons

- not given fair pay -try to cut your hours even if it's bad for the kids - management doesn't care about the children at all. - lie to parents a lot.
