      will hire from a broad range of backgrounds and experience levels overall good culture in the workplace do have health benefits flexible with vacation or paid leave use

      low salaries high cost for health benefits smaller company so not many upward paths for growth

      They provide a much needed service to the Houston Chinese Community by offering ESL classes and a pathway to citizenship

      Cons

      I think you would need to be completely Bi Lingual to be completely comfortable here
