Pros

Love love working for Chipotle. They really care about its employees and it felt like a family atmosphere. They also care about the quality of food they serve to their customers

Cons

Not too many opportunities to move up. Hours can also be brutal. Other than that they are a really wonderful company and I am sure they will keep growing.
