      It is very stressful if you live close to a major city. Lots of work for little pay.

      Competitive pay with great co workers to work with.

      Cons

      Managers operate very backwards. Employees that go above and beyond gets treated poorly eg. lack of hours while the non motivated workers with bad attitudes gets 35 hours a week.
