Pros

You learn how to manage time and cook and serve food to customers all in one place The pay is good as long as you get more than just 30 hrs per week You have the ability to becomes something there if you actually work hard for it and can achieve it in a short time if you show dedication

Cons

Where do I start lol The shortage of staff which happens rarely but when it does it drags everyone and everything down for that day or shift morning shift vs night shift ! The customers can get overwhelming with how there requests be, then get mad when it is time to pay for then same request

Pros

The work is pretty straightforward and easy to do after a couple of months working there. You'll meet a lot of different people who are outgoing and make the time go by. Depending on the store, they let you have access to listen to music when working ( airpod or you can bring a speaker ) so you can feel comfortable while working.

Cons

I would recommend to not share a lot of personal information to other co workers because it can make the environment messy and uncomfortable over time. The work they make you do can be stressful during times since you have to juggle customers ( who easily get frustrated & lash out) while doing a task that you have to do at a certain time ( like closing the store). Managers and Apprentices/ Store Manager would let you know if they see that your portion sides are not within their liking - sometimes if they see that you are not exceptionally good at what you're doing they won't schedule you more hours if you ask. People who have worked there for years are usually ones that would talk behind other people back, so I would make sure to be one everyone's "good side".

Pros

The job is easy to learn and very routine if you like that.

Cons

Corporate is insanely demanding: forcing all hands on the line and watching on camera, pushing to serve 30+ customers on the main line every 15 minutes on top of the limitless DML orders, whining about labor but only letting us have enough employees to get out at 1 am on the reg, taking away paid lunch breaks, or making the workload so bad that I’d rather skip my break to leave earlier, not getting approved for PTO…the list goes on. Customers aren’t happy because employees aren’t happy, and vise versa.
