Pros
The work itself is straightforward, and with the right managers and coworkers it could be enjoyable. The register is incredibly simple to use. Pay is actually decent with opportunities to get raises twice a year and very quick promotions as well.
Cons
The store is often run by college students who aren't always very professional, causing some conflicts with personal and professional lives. Like any retail type company, restaurants aim to run on bare minimum staffing. Closing shift for a store that closes at 11pm often won't punch out until past 1am.
