Pros

Chipotle offers a great environment for growth in the company. They want you to move up and succeed. There’s an okay benefits package, but it’s an hourly benefits package which most companies don’t even offer, so I see it as a plus.

Cons

I really don’t have any.

Pros

Good co-workers Decent benefits Promotions are easy to achieve as they like to back-fill openings.

Cons

Corporate management is very slow to listen to the needs in the restaurants Labor budget expectations are incredibly low, leading to being short staffed a lot of the time. Salary managers are expected to work short staffed hours, so expect to work as much as 80-90 hr work weeks at times. Training is a mess.
