      You get a Free meal.

      Cons

      When you work there you are just a number. From the top down they make sure to let you know that you are replaceable and unwanted if you have any personal life. You must be all Chipotle or else. Their raises are a joke. I worked as a manager for years and we where told to give as little as possible and hire at minimum.

      Management is poor. to their credit regional management is even worse, would appear that robots would be a preferable alternative to human labor. sincerely

      Free meal with shift (at my location anyways).

      Cons

      Managers can come and go. Employees have to push surveys on customers that only Management gets bonus for. The health check system put in place to make sure employees don't come to work sick depends on a Manager or Supervisor reporting illness. So, it is very easy to ignore if you have an unwise Manager, and you will have to work sick (which is ridiculously unsafe for customers).
