      Pros

      The staff along with the management was really nice and the restaurant ran smoothly.

      Cons

      Sometimes, scheduling would not be consistent and this can be difficult sometimes since the schedule only comes out one week prior.

      Pros

      °Free food on all workdays. °50% off food on days off at your "home store". °Management did a decent job at working around my schedule. °Biweekly pay schedule

      Cons

      °Chronically understaffed. °Food left over from the day before (specifically chips, crunchy tacos, and meat) are put out the following day. Stale chips ARE put out the next day. °Rude customers. °Low pay for the amount of work you are doing. °Coworkers can be rude and make for a hostile working environment. °Management does not care about complaints from angry customers. Nor do they care about complaints from employees regarding other employees. At least at my store they did not. °Training at our store for brand new hires is watching a series of short videos, for me, training was very hands off. I had to learn everything after doing it all wrong. I was trained on chips and tacos. That is it.

      Pros

      First year and a half was amazing, good management and good training

      Cons

      GM was sent to another store and the Apprentice was put in charge, easily the worst person to promote. Only would hire good people for morning shift and nights were left with staff that they didn’t have to work with and understaffed, while the blame was placed on the night managers that we were having the issues.
