      Pros

      I enjoyed the comradery. But the chipotle at Woodland is very busy. If you don’t mind a fast paced environment then this is a pretty decent job. Though, I have been through 3 GMs since I first started. This new one is really good and fun to work with so everyone has a good time for the most part. I’d work here again. They also have a tuition reimbursement program and benefits.

      Cons

      Labor wasn’t good for my back. I had to take several days off to recouperate often. Luckily, you have a set amount of sick days on Workday that you can submit. Just be sure to call in if you take them off. Pay could have been better, but that’s a problem everywhere. Often will have to Work under pressure. As a grill cook, you have to ask for call backs on the food for the front line often. If you don’t have good servers on the line they could misguide you and you won’t have enough food. Always check the line yourself. And I don’t care what the daily amount of chicken calls for-“There is NEVER enough CHICKEN for this restaurant.”
