Pros

A free meal but you have to finish within your 15-minute break and you can't keep the leftovers.

Cons

Little training before putting you on the line during a lunch or dinner rush. I get that learning comes more quickly with experience but it doesn't help when you can't quickly wrap a burrito and a customer is getting pissed at you. At least give a person a little bit of training before doing that. Also had to clean the whole food line area on my own from the first week I worked there and management would get mad if I couldn't do by clock out time.
