Hectic but good?

Pros

Positive work environment, flexible scheduling, and free food at every shift. If you get trained for a new store, then you'll have plenty of time to practice before things get crazy. Some days, I'm able to do very well and achieve my goals.

Cons

When things are busy, the dining room and line can get completely out of hand. As someone working the cash register, I am expected to open the whole dining room myself before opening, clean up all the messes, and be the only person allowed to ring people's entrees into the system. When it is busy, it feels impossible to keep things presentable while also not making people wait. It is a very tricky balance.
