Good for Short Term

Pros

The company offers free food, which is always a nice perk. Management is generally pretty nice and supportive most of the time. The schedule is also fairly flexible, making it easier to balance work and personal life.

Cons

There’s a lot of turnover, and the place is often understaffed, which makes shifts stressful. Upper management tends to breathe down your neck, creating extra pressure. They also have a habit of overscheduling people who don’t show up, which ends up screwing over everyone else, while those who actually ask for more hours often don’t get them. Plus, they regularly give full-time workers 39.5 hours just to avoid offering benefits.
