Pros

It's a good start for those who wants to get experience, and don't depend on their salary because it varies a lot. Give bonus once in a while, the schedule changes often what is good for students.

Cons

don't give enough hours and its a lot of work to get paid at minimum wage

Pros

Diverse and inclusive Easy to book time off Works with the schedule you have Doesn’t expect any experience because they’ll teach you everything (just have to be a team player, nice, and positive attitude) Get bonuses if you hit goals Option for tuition reimbursement Free food

Cons

The work is pretty tiring in comparison to a retail job that you would get paid the same minimum wage in.
