Pros

Free food and cool coworkers.

Cons

No set schedule when promoted to Kitchen Leader and Service Leader. No guarantee of time off, even when you submit a request. New rules almost every day.

Pros

Having quality, Whole Foods readily accessible while working is always a pro. If you work in the mornings, doing prep work keeps you on a good schedule, and you get a nice mix of interactions. No customers in the morning, then you help the lunch rush and you go home around 2 or 3 pm. Uniforms are free

Cons

Out of the 4 regional managers I had, only one of them was genuinely helpful and made more than one appearance at my store a month. Everyone else was lazy and not as knowledgeable as they should have been. Chipotle is very particular with how things are done, and that lack of flexibility to cater to your specific store’s needs kills and desire to try harder than I needed to.
