      Faculty and Staff are very committed. Focus on diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Administration makes most decisions without concessions to faculty of staff. Workload is often much more than full time. No more than 3% increase in pay per year.

      Pay and Benefits don’t Keep Up

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Most people are friendly. Clean buildings.

      Cons

      Great place to work if you don’t care about being paid competitively. HR processes are the slowest I’ve ever seen. They will let you go rather than give you a raise. Benefits are starting to get worse.
