mainly have to be a student to keep on working there

Opportunity for advancement, supportive managers and nursing faculty, independence in instruction.

Cons

Took a while to get a competitive salary compared to working at the bedside, but this has been revised now.

Cons

Administration makes most decisions without concessions to faculty of staff. Workload is often much more than full time. No more than 3% increase in pay per year.
