      Started out great in 2023 but now falling apart

      Pros

      Nice people who try to stay positive and support each other. Pay can be good but depends on opportunity of leads

      Cons

      Leadership out of touch with the reality of door to door. Constantly tells you to just work more and doesn't consider many other factors contributing to hardships. I have seen 3 pay structure changes in the past 2 years and each time it has gotten worse and made it to where CHIPR always makes more and more while the sellers take home less and less.
