      Pros

      Working for Chipr has afforded me and my family a wonderful work life balance. Most weeks I only work 4 days and total less than 30 hours a week while still making 6 figures. Chipr is dedicated to making their employees generally happy and that shows.

      Cons

      Chipr is still kind of a new company. There have been multiple pay structure changes here during my tenure. Even though I haven't agreed with some of the changes, it's turned out each change has been an attempt to help employees.

      Pros

      Chipr has an awesome team, with amazing and supportive work culture. Everyone seems happy and excited to work. They really build you up so you can succeed. Best work culture I've experienced so far. Hours are great too.

      Cons

      Not a job for everyone. It is hard. You deal with rejection A LOT.
