Pros

I love the opportunity for professional growth and development with this company. Chloeta invests in their employees including budgeting for additional education and travel opportunities. Chloeta has a phenomenal team who strives to succeed by reaching and exceeding goals. The benefits and work-life balance is an additional perk. I love the vison of this company and I am excited to be part of the success.

Pros

You are treated as a true team member, room for growth and expansion. Not the typical "corporate" environment. Valued as person/individual and not just an employee #. Building is great with free on-site gym and a reasonably priced cafe.

Cons

Some growing pains just like any small to mid-size company. Health care plan and 401K aren't the best in the world but the pro's definitely outweigh any additional cost.
