Pros

This is a very anti-corporate environment with not a lot of politics and BS. It is a growing company with opportunities for advancement and there are a lot of experienced/good people to work with.

Cons

The benefits need to improve.

Pros

You are treated as a true team member, room for growth and expansion. Not the typical "corporate" environment. Valued as person/individual and not just an employee #. Building is great with free on-site gym and a reasonably priced cafe.

Cons

Some growing pains just like any small to mid-size company. Health care plan and 401K aren't the best in the world but the pro's definitely outweigh any additional cost.
