Pros
As a whole, Chobani could be a great company to work for. It actually used to be. Most of the employees who have been with the company for a while are really solid, hard working folks. There are some really, really smart people in the company. If you have the chance to work with them, you can learn a lot. There can be great opportunities for growth if you align yourself with the right people. The experience looks great on your resume.
Cons
Over the past year, morale has gone steeply downhill. The leaders who have been brought in are all jockeying for position. The don't work well together and it shows. Poor planning is the norm and there is always a fire drill. HR is completely disconnected from the employees who are not upper management. Any concerns brought to them are swept under the rug. It is easier to find a new job than expect anything to change.
