Very enjoyable staff. They also put on a lot of activities for their employees.

Cons

Low retention rate and constant turnover with lower level jobs. Does not pay as much as other banks do.

There is hybrid work available

Understaffed with zero recognition or appreciation from management. Leadership doesn’t care to listen to anyone outside their circle. Promotions are given out based on favoritism and not work ethic. Position vacancies are suddenly deemed “no longer necessary” or replaced with contractors overseas for pennies on the dollar. There is a huge emphasis for a “peoplefirst” culture that is a complete lie. Choice used to embrace its employee culture, but you’re just a number here now.
