      Pros

      Good work life balance. Also it depends on the team, in some team wlb is not that great.

      Cons

      Some teams have good opportunity for growth but in some some teams there is absolutely 0 opportunity for growth. The managers doesn't care about the development of the team/reporting employees.

      You learned a lot from the team.

      Cons

      However, it is not very organized with the ways things are done, causing unnecessary issue and time. More time spent fixing things around rather than coding.
