      Pros

      Barely any business so there’s lots of free time

      Cons

      The rooms are terrible housekeeping barely cleans. Front desk constantly gets complaints about things being broken in the room, the room not being clean, or bugs and mold. Management doesn’t care about the property and only cares about the money. They treat you horribly.

      Great people, excellent benefit's, opportunity for professional development.

      Cons

      Low pay, limited opportunity for promotion, and lack of transparency and collaboration driving cut-throat tactics across many organizations. Siloed leadership, executive team has laser focus on the bottom line and has completely discounted the hotels that power the company. The CEO is more interested in securing his legacy with acquisitions then supporting the hotels franchised by Choice.
