      High school environment, high turnover rate, no room for growth, upper management is not diverse, sales associates are all diverse. .

      Only one....many corporates employees don't understand hotels so lots of time is wasted getting leadership up to speed on how a hotel works

      Great Place To Work and For Career Development

      Pros

      Most associates genuinely care and are passionate about their role in the company and the company's mission. Career development is taken seriously and promoted in all aspects. Very technology forward.

      Cons

      Some positions were having heavy workloads and stretched a bit thin. Consistency is important.
