      Work/life balance, remote work possibility, pay is good, benefits are good working for corporate

      Cons

      Management is all over the place, departments in chaos, siloing of departments and spreading out talent. Little to no job training for internal transfers.

      Excellent place to work everyone in nice and work life balance can use some work you have a lot of meetings.

      Work-life balance can use some work there are a lot of meetings and the higher you are up the management chain the more they expect from you.
