      Good salaries, and are heavily focused on increasing diversity.

      Cons

      Choice's culture has changed, theres no doubt about this. Your experience at Choice will be strongly dictated by who your manager is.

      the manager, Pedro, is genuinely one of the only good managers i’ve ever had in my life

      difficult clientele, felt unsafe but not for any reason other than the general public
