Great learning experience, lots of internal growth, friendly work environment, and lots of cross departmental work.

Cons

Work life balance not so good, too much cross departmental work and over working is normal

Pros

Friendly front desk staff up, to front desk lead, and security. nice "looking" building. has a Boss pizza inside it. The Owners are mostly nice people.

Cons

Has a Extremely hard time keeping people at work, weird Tuesday to two weeks later Tuesday schedule for work and pay, means you can only ever be payed twice a month, and NO direct deposit, half the time it is hand written at 3:00pm. The building was just remolded, but is leaking and failing ac means customers are all most always angry at you, and there is nothing that can be done long term to fix it.
