Agile mindset with many growth opportunities
Pros
*Note* - I worked in the Phoenix technology corporate office in multiple roles over the last decade. - If you work hard and put in the extra effort you will be noticed and there will be no end to the opportunities that the Choice leadership will put in front of you. - There is recognition when you go above and beyond, in the form of money and public praise. - Senior leaders have an open door policy. - The pay and benefits are good. - I made some really great life long friends while working here. I can't recommend it enough! It's a medium size company that really felt like a family, or a club. --Choice did so much for me and my career - if I still lived in Arizona I would definitely still be working for them! It's the company I compare all others to when job hunting.
Cons
- Of course no company or job is perfect. There were some tough times when department cultures clashed, and lack of transparency during transitions, but I assume that's all sorted out by now since that was a couple years ago. - Lack of flexible / remote working from out of state.
