      People culture in the Phoenix office is great and there is a lot of opportunity

      Do not recommend. Constant reorganization, biased leadership, favoritism., unethical practices.

      Pros

      Great company, great product and growth. Great potential with many seasoned teams in each level already in place to move forward.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly has engagement surveys, but fails to acknowledge and make necessary changes. Using unqualified consultants to make key account decisions. No pay raises, no use of extremely seasoned staff. HR will not address any issues, they are there to protect company, not employee. Just ask the countless people who have left and made same specific comments during exit interviews, including former VP's, Directors.
