      The management. No benefits. No paid holidays, no vacation pay, no incentives.

      Continues Going downhill

      Pros

      New technologies are being adopted allowing an opportunity to learn new stuff. Used to be an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      Lack of clear strategy and C level leadership very biased with former colleagues from past company. Some directors close to C leadership harrass employees constantly with no ears to listen to the complaints. Culture degradation slope is super steep.

      Pros

      Diverse teams, Many positive people perks (paternity leave, competitive benefits, etc...), Work Life balance is a goal, New technologies are brought in to solve problems when they make sense.

      Cons

      Still some growing pains with processes, Project Management Team is currently not particularly strong which leads to needless busy work and bureaucracy.
