      A company with so much potential

      Pros

      The company as such is great. Most of the co-workers are easy to work with, the company has ERG groups, toast master and training opportunities. All depends on the team you work with.

      Cons

      There has been a change in management and the new people are so biased and unprofessional. It is a nightmare working with them. This has resulted in a change in culture.

      - Benefit plans are good but you are limited in choices. - Space - Because Choice it growing, space is tight
