HR Lots of parties but that is changing Hotel Discounts Good Speakers

Not defined Goals Leaders are them self confused about what to do PBR Model(Plan Build Run) -- you will not get complete exposure if you are engineer. if you are on run than you are only on phone with issues with very less coding. if you are build engineer enjoy coding but no real world application issue exposure. Build Job risky as they keep moving you in projects. Very Vague requirement. Employee are encouraged to put more hour in timesheet. Promotion and your reputation quantified based on your TimeSheet hours. Encouraged to work on weekends.

In fact, just last month, Choice proudly announced the transition to the first new global reservation system (GRS) from a hotel company in over 30 years. This transformational project, was led by our technology team, and is a milestone initiative for us. With a focus on the future, our executive leader of Enterprise Operations & Technology has dedicated strategic oversight to our tech associates, aligning our IT initiatives with our business objectives, and partnering even more so as one unified Choice voice. Bold things are happening at Choice and we are working to drive a culture of collaboration, fresh thinking and innovation.

Offices and Lobby are very inviting.

Cons

Very political and hierarchical. Upper management uses information to retain power / importance, instead of sharing with teams. Some VPs and Senior Directors are too junior without enough experience in their roles, or leading people.

At Choice we are pleased to offer our associates a robust family care program that includes full paid maternity and paternity leave, adoption assistance, as well as back-up child and adult/elder care. Once our parents return to work, we offer a transitional, reduced work schedule, fully paid for 30 days. On an ongoing basis, many of our associates take advantage of flex-work and work from home schedules, giving them more time to spend with their family. We value the feedback from all our associates and will share your experience with our leadership, as well as your thoughts on promotions, development and reorganizations.
