I never take my job home with me. The staff are amazing. As well as the manager.

Cons

Not having a set shift. Being the only person on site sometimes.

They care about their employees and their guests and really stay ahead of the trends of what guests are looking for these days.

Cons

For a franchisee I could see how expensive it can become constantly having to remodel to keep up with their vision. You can put in all new carpet one year then the next they come out with a plan to have all rooms be luxury vinyl tile.
