      Pros

      Have seldom seen companies invest as much energy and diligence in identifying and supporting future leaders. And while that doesn't mean your boss will come tap you on the shoulder often to talk about your growth, it does mean if you're paying attention, the company offers many ways to get engaged, join resource groups, and have opportunities to meet the leaders who can influence your ability to compete for and win future advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      While not necessarily a negative, associates are more or less expected to take the initiative in learning how best to navigate their own career journeys.

      Pros

      Friendly environment and upwards mobility , fast pace and great opportunities for promotions from within. Connected to the community in all aspects. Supportive and challenging. Management is on your side, great benefits, great work environment, flexible hours and awesome location.

      Cons

      Location is good and centralized, accessible to all points in the north area. All possibly within a 20-30 minutes drive.

      It was more like a family kind of enviroment

      Cons

      Employees are not realy well taken care of ie water for the room attendants
