      Every hotel is owned by someone different.

      Cons

      There is no screening of owners before franchise is purchased

      Pros

      There isn't really any pros except that you can get discounts off of all choice hotel properties. I would suggest that if you are going to work for choice hotels make sure that it is for choice hotels and not for a franchise owner that is the mistake that I made.

      Cons

      Since it is a franchise owner and not an actual corporation that owns the hotel the owners believe that they can treat you any kind of way like getting in your face pointing their fingers in the face and yelling at you. They cut so many corners that it is ridiculous

      Pros

      Its a good company to work with. Spread around the world. Depending on the positions, u get benefits and even discount on hotel stays.

      Cons

      Does not have many luxury standard hotels
