      Pros

      Good things about working at choice hotels is that very laid back people. Always able to get employee rate.

      Cons

      Downside to working at choice hotels was not a lot of business due to failing brands name. Not ranked with the holiday inns or Marriotts.

      Ok job for young adults...not people with families

      Only benefit is cheap rooms when you travel.

      Cons

      No benefits at all if its franchised. Low pay

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at the sleep inn included friends and family staying at the property.

      Cons

      Some of the cons of working at the sleep inn included dealing with unhappy guests and long hours of boredom.
