      Pros

      The Southwest headquarters building in Scottsdale is beautiful and inviting.

      Cons

      I have never been treated so poorly buy a management and directorial team as I had been by this company. I have 20 years experience in customer service as a supervisor and manager. I've dealt with Shady business dealings in the past but the subversion and disrespect I experienced while with this company was like none I had ever seen before.

      Choice pros and cons

      Pros

      Good things about working at choice hotels is that very laid back people. Always able to get employee rate.

      Cons

      Downside to working at choice hotels was not a lot of business due to failing brands name. Not ranked with the holiday inns or Marriotts.

We recommend that you provide your feedback on the applicable brand site on Glassdoor (e.g., Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, etc.) and identify the particular hotel at which you were employed.

      Pros

      Great people who are working very hard.

      Cons

      There are several: 1. The executive leadership in Rockville needs to let go and stop controlling everything. It takes forever to get things done because it has to be approved at the highest levels of the organization 2. It's very antiquated in its management practices. Get with the times. 3. Almost all of its leadership are white males.
