      OK place to work, but needs better structure

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty decent. The company is generally very accommodating to personal issues that may prohibit an employee from coming into the office every day and will often be very tolerant to remote work (job dependent).

      Cons

      Many benefits have been shrunk down over the last 15 years, some have disappeared completely. The atmosphere has been tense since the "economic crisis" several years ago, and it hasn't relaxed despite continued growth and overall increase in performance of the company.

      Great management, friendly work place.

      Cons

      Never given a raise for going above and beyond what was expected of me when I was given the job. Im very well under paid, which sucks, but thats life.
