      Pros

      Flexible hours, boss is very understanding, customer service is easy. Gained experience in management, training employees, accounting practices, cash handling, and using a call center.

      Cons

      Never having 2 days off in a row, paid minimum wage, housekeepers sometimes steal. If housekeepers don't do a good job I am usually blamed by the customer even though I had nothing to do with it.

      Pros

      Management works with you. Tight knit group. A place you can be proud of working. The place is well kept and you don't need to be worried about management not backing you up, because they do. Overall it is a pleasurable place to work, and not a lot of drama.

      Can be a bit slow at times
