      Pros

      Choice has a great incentive program for their guests and employees to earn points for different reasons. Points help to earn free nights or gift cards.

      Cons

      I have worked for choice for 2 years and signed many people up. Employees are told they earn points for everyone they sign up and if they get emails. Since I have worked for this company I have yet to see a single point for email or signing up a customer. I have earned points for stays like any customer.

      Great people, fun activities, work life balance, early release during holidays....

      Cons

      HR is always slow and not very responsive. You won't move up or get promoted unless you have a connection or know the upper management. It's all about the favoritism game. Kind of corrupt if you ask me.
