      not many except for 2$ more than minimum pay

      Cons

      no tips, no extra bonuses, guy has been working for past 30yrs to get the same pay as me who has been there for under a year. rewards arent too good since i still have to pay for spa, food at work and to sleep at choice hotels. barely get a 25% off all

      Good team culture and social connections. This was due to the team rather than management. Recognition was done well.
