      Was a great place to work. Not so much now.

      Pros

      Good people. Good hotel discounts and a nice building.

      Cons

      Company culture is changing for the worse. Benefits have been cut .No tuition reimbursement, Poor medical benefits, below industry compensation and no bonus. Only directors and Managers get bonus but employees don't. Upper management has destroyed the great compantyculture that set company aside. Many old employees are leaving.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, boss is very understanding, customer service is easy. Gained experience in management, training employees, accounting practices, cash handling, and using a call center.

      Cons

      Never having 2 days off in a row, paid minimum wage, housekeepers sometimes steal. If housekeepers don't do a good job I am usually blamed by the customer even though I had nothing to do with it.
